Our studio offers an extensive Behavior Modification program designed to guide dogs and their owners through the most challenging of behavioral conerns. Our highly experienced, confident and dedicated team is here for our clients from start to finish - and beyond.
Our team provides an optional eval process prior to beginning with us at FFD. This allows us to meet one another to collect the history of behavior concerns and to determine whether we are a good fit for eachother. This process is scheduled according to mutual availability and always at our Saco studio. The eval process does not include any training oe behavior work, for this reason many people waive this option and opt to begin straight away with private training.
Regristration and a non-refundable payment of $30.00 must be completed and paid in full to reserve your appointment.

Due to the nature of the behaviors that this program is designed to address, we recommend clients begin with one-on-one private lessons. These are typically held at our Saco studio and are scheduled according to mutual availability. Many clients require 3-6 private lessons before being cleared to the next step in our program. Clearance into the next step is granted according to a checklist of required skills and instructor approval.
This class is an in between class option to help the dogs progress from private lessons to our BMOD 1 class. The class will help get you and your dogs accustomed to being and working in a group setting. The class is 2 weeks long, with the goal of getting the dogs in to a 5 week BMOD class.
Tweener Class: $80.00/2 weeks
Once teams have been cleared from one-on-one training, they will be directed to Group BMOD Classes. These are small classes, which meet once a week over the course of 5 weeks for 45-60 minutes each week. Start dates are posted on our Monthly calendar.
BMOD Class: $175/5 weeks
Teams that have graduated through the BMOD program become eligible to participate in our Socialization program. Through this program dogs receive specialized opportunities to begin safely interacting with other dogs and people in carefully designed, supervised and controlled settings.
